What is your returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from date of purchase. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout.
To be eligible for a return:
  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
  4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact
  5. Item(s) will not be eligible for a refund if on sale unless faulty.

General shipping information:

Free delivery now on orders $100 and over.
Orders $99.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $10
4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.
7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Public Holidays

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or go directly to your account.

Custom and Duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
